Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

  30-Day Returns
  You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  How to start a return
  Email us at founder@orvyn.studio with your order number and reason for return.
  We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the correct return address.
  Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

  Refunds
  Once your return is approved (and received, where applicable), we'll refund your original
  payment method within 5–7 business days. In some cases we may issue a refund without
  requiring the item to be sent back.

  Damaged, defective, or wrong items
  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days.
  We'll replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you.

  Return shipping
  For non-defective returns (e.g. changed your mind), return shipping is the customer's
  responsibility. We cover shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
